Meet the Founder

CLB was founded by Courtney Bedoya, a marketing strategist with 15+ years of experience building brands, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies across industries. After leading global marketing initiatives for both corporate and nonprofit organizations, Courtney saw a gap: women-owned businesses and women-specific brands were being underserved by generic, “neutral” marketing.

With CLB, she set out to change that. Courtney combines the strategic vision of a CMO with the flexibility of a boutique firm, giving clients the big-picture thinking and hands-on partnership they need to succeed. Her specialty is crafting marketing strategies that speak directly to women, authentically, creatively, and with measurable results.
